O auditório do Parque Tecnológico de Sorocaba (PTS) esteve, mais uma vez, lotado, durante a realização do Simpósio Sebrae de Educação Empreendedora, ocorrido ao longo da última quinta-feira (27). Assim, um público de mais de 700 pessoas, de Sorocaba e mais 47 municípios da região, incluindo professores, gestores e demais profissionais do setor de Educação, além de outros interessados e autoridades, pode se atualizar a respeito de temas que unem educação e empreendedorismo.
A ação foi realizada pelo Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae) Sorocaba, com apoio da Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio do Parque Tecnológico (PTS).
Participaram da frente de honra do encontro a secretária da Educação, Marlene Leite, que, na ocasião, representou o prefeito Rodrigo Manga; o presidente do Parque Tecnológico, Nelson Cancellara; o dirigente municipal de Educação de Porto Feliz e vice-presidente da Undime (União dos Dirigentes Municipais da Educação do Estado de São Paulo), Celso Fernando Iversen; o secretário de Educação de Itapetininga e representante da Undime da 5ª Macrorregião, Roberto Gonçalves Neves; o gerente regional do Sebrae Sorocaba, Alexandre Martins; e o representante do Sebrae Regional São Paulo, Paulo Marcelo Tavares Ribeiro.
O evento foi aberto a profissionais da educação do ensino público e privado, secretários municipais de educação e suas equipes gestoras, bem como a empreendedores e empresários da área. “Acredito que este foi o primeiro de muitos simpósios que virão nessa área, um tema de muita importância para Sorocaba e também para toda a região. Porque temos a missão de preparar nossos alunos para aprender a empreender”, afirmou a secretária da Educação de Sorocaba, Marlene Leite.
O representante do Sebrae Regional SP, Paulo Marcelo, também reforçou a relevância do assunto tratado. “Somente vamos conseguir disseminar o empreendedorismo, se prepararmos a próxima geração. Esse é um trabalho que o Sebrae já vem realizando há algum tempo, levando esse conhecimento aos jovens. Lembro, no início do meu trabalho, uma situação significativa, quando o pai de um aluno, que era pedreiro, relatou que estava aprendendo educação financeira com o filho. ‘Foi ele quem me ensinou que era importante separar o dinheiro da empresa do dinheiro da família e também a como planejar e controlar os gastos’, ele contou. Então, é quando vemos a força do que estamos ensinando”, ressaltou.
“O intuito principal desse evento é estarmos todos prontos para preparar os jovens a ingressarem em um mercado de trabalho que está em constante evolução. O empreendedorismo faz parte dessa nova realidade e, mesmo que a pessoa não vá atuar como um empreendedor, é necessário estimular essa característica, mesmo trilhando carreira dentro de uma empresa”, destacou o gerente regional do Sebrae Sorocaba, Alexandre Martins.
A programação do evento envolveu diferentes aspectos relacionados à área educacional atrelada ao empreendedorismo, tais como discussão de casos de sucesso do município, resolução de problemas pelo método de Startups e o futuro dos profissionais nesse campo. Além disso, assuntos que são tendência na atualidade, como ESG (responsabilidade social e ambiental) e Cidades Inteligentes, também foram abordados.
“Ficamos muito felizes em receber profissionais e gestores da Educação aqui, no Parque Tecnológico, porque, em muitos eventos, são os alunos que vêm até o complexo para receber formação. É essencial que os professores também estejam prontos para provocá-los e para dar sequência a esse aprendizado tão importante, em seu dia a dia, nas escolas”, concluiu o presidente do PTS, Nelson Cancellara.
